This is a full-bodied delicious sparkling wine full of flavours of crips green apples and juicy ripe peaches.It has a great stream of fine and delicate bubbles. We think it's amazing value and made in the same way as champagne it stands up well to its famous counterpart, as a more reasonably priced alternative.

The back label is partly printed with temperature sensitive ink which turns blue when the cava is at the correct drinking temperature.
