This is made with 100% Pinot Noir from the estate's vines at La Masia. It's from the 2007 harvest and was put in the bottle for second fermentation in 2008. Since then it's been resting in the cellars of 1+1=3 for over 2 years.
The winemaker at 1+1=3 describes it as a sensual wine, with a great combination of the floral and the fruity. It has rich aromas and flavours of jasmine and raspberry ad has great length.
It is wonderful with ham and cheese starters and also pasta and pizza.
