Producer Info:
Making Champagne flows through the veins of the world renowned winemaker Manuel Janisson. Both his maternal and paternal grandfathers were Champagne producers. The House of Janisson et Fils lies in the idyllic Grand Cru village of Verzenay and has been producing champagnes since 1923.
Manuel aims to combine the best bits of traditional champagne making, with innovative new techniques. He says he like to sketch the landscape of his vineyards through his champagnes.
