50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Noir solely from 2005 harvest

Tribaut describe this champagne as the jewel in their crown! It has a great complexity, it’s delicate, with pure floral notes which become fruity very quickly. This champagne delivers a lovely creaminess and is elegant and long lasting on the palate. It makes a wonderful aperitif as it is has a dry style.
The Grande Cuvée Spéciale has been given one star in the 2010 edition of the French wine lovers 'bible' the Guide Hachette.
This champagne is made entirely with grapes from the 2005 harvest although it has not been declared as a vintage. Dosage 7g/l
