Compare the Chardonnay dominated offering from Triolet with the Pinot based Charmant Brut and Roger Legros Brut. For a touch of all three grape varieties drink the Carte Blanche from Forget-Chemin. Jean-Paul Morel is a fine example of a rich champagne allowed to age for 4 years, while Ellner Brut Integral has no sugar added at the end of manufacture so is a dry and crisp.
