100% Glera grapes (formerly known as Prosecco grapes)

The Millesimato is a sweet prosecco which is at the other end of the spectrum to the zeroassoluto. It retains the freshness of classic prosecco but it's scents are more intense and rich. La Jara suggest trying it with apple strudel, we think it would be great with a fruity dessert. We have also tried it with milk chocolate and it goes amazingly well- so great with some chocolate cake at birthday time!
