The Zeroassoluto has no sugar added at the dosage stage. It gives off scents of white flowers and hints of grapefruit which are repeated on the palate. Although dry it has a smooth, rich quality achieved by extended ageing.This wine pairs well with oysters, sushi and sashimi.
